WHO ARE WE?
Spiller Architectural Ironmongery are leading suppliers of door hardware in the South West of England. They are a dynamic ironmongery service supplying to all sectors of the industry including (but not limited to); builders, architects, electricians, facility maintenance, security and retail customers.
HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, place an order, or sign-up to receive our newsletters. We also obtain basic personal information from you should you call us to request a quotation or proceed with an order. We will only request enough information to perform this task – your name, company name, address, email address and contact number.
Should you be a resident of the Republic of Ireland, we will also request confirmation of your VAT number for EC compliance purposes.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM YOU?
Should you make a payment by calling us, we keep a copy of the merchant receipt (WorldPay), securely locked away for a period of 6 years to fulfil our statutory obligations.
